3. Creator Upload & 2257 Record-Keeping Warranty

Any user or studio uploading media to the platform warrants that: (a) all depicted individuals are 18+ years of age; (b) valid government-issued photo identification and signed model releases have been verified and archived pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257; (c) the uploader possesses all necessary copyright and distribution rights.

4. Intellectual Property & DMCA Compliance

All video streams, logos, and custom interface designs are protected by international copyright laws. We expeditiously process valid DMCA notifications pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512. Repeat infringers will have their access terminated.
